What are the payment options?

We accept payments with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards of the following types: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

When will I be billed for my order?

Your card is charged immediately after order completion. All items available on the online store are ready to be purchased and shipped. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, you will be contacted and your order will not be completed. In the event an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you for a refund or credit.

How do I know if my order was completed?

Once the checkout process is complete, you will be directed to a page that will show your order confirmation. You will also receive an email confirming the order within 48 hours. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second email informing it has been shipped, which includes shipment details and tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number associated with your package. You can use this tracking number to view the location of your package on the carrier's website. Please note that sometimes a carrier's website can take up to 48 hours to show shipping information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can expect your package to be shipped next business day. Delivery times depend on the destination and starts counting once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email. The estimated shipping timelines are shown at checkout.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Junipurr does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
